Whole Being Awakening

Fair Warnings

This work will not match your ideals

If you believe that spiritual teachers or teachings should be in any way perfect (whatever that means), this work will disappoint you (as will everything). If you're OK with being disappointed, or with finding out how imperfection is perfect, welcome.

This work Is not therapy

Whole Being Awakening is not therapy and teachers of this work (and of Waking Down in Mutuality) are not trained as therapists. If you have psycho-logical, emotional, or physical (medical) issues, please see a qualified, licensed doctor or therapist. While this work does address deep psychological and emotional issues, it does not come from a purely psychological perspective, but a whole-Being perspective. In general, Whole Being Awakening works well in conjunction with psychotherapy, body-oriented (somatic) therapies, and other growth work, assuming your therapist is truly sensitive to your needs and to the unique mystery of your being. You can ask your Waking Down teacher for referrals to therapists who have been found to have an outlook compatible with this work.

Light and dark

This work tranforms your life from the core of your being outward through everything you believe, think, feel, and do. It brings enormous life-transforming shifts and healings. It is the most powerful awakening work I know of. But this work is not just bright lights and rainbows. For this to work for you, you must be willing to encounter and explore both the light and the darkness in your own Being, in your relationships, and in life. If you're ready for the challenges as well as the remarkable benefits, you're ready for this work.
